青岛欣琦机械有限公司生产的XM-30B型斜磨机具有单边自动斜磨、磨削宽度与厚度及角度稳定可调和单边自动滚剪切边等功能特点，可将芯板在凉晒过程中出现的端边不齐自动切成直线齐边。使用该机完全解决了胶合板芯板拼接强度不足的缺憾，克服了叠层和散缝的诸多弊端，可达到单板整张化的工艺要求，大大提高了芯板平面质量，该机是生产高档胶合板的必备设备。
